Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, reference checks, and extending offers
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and industry best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
