About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for attracting and selecting top-notch professionals who share our passion for educational research.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source, assess, and engage qualified candidates through various channels
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make recommendations
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future growth requirements
Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance our recruitment efforts
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related role
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple recruitment assignments
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Passion for education and research is a plus
