Job Description

Create personalized wellness itineraries and experiences for our guests, tailored to their individual preferences and needs.
Offer expert guidance and advice on the latest holistic approaches to enhance our clients' well-being during their visit.
Collaborate with local spas, health centers, and beauty professionals to develop partnerships and offer exclusive wellness services.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in wellness, beauty, and alternative therapies.
Conduct workshops and wellness sessions as part of our tour packages.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues regarding the wellness experiences provided.
Work closely with other departments to integrate wellness services seamlessly into our overall tour experiences.
Actively promote Marsala Wine Tours as a leader in advanced wellness offerings.

Required Skills

Proven experience in a similar wellness, spa, or beauty-related role.
Deep understanding of holistic wellness practices and knowledge of the local wellness scene.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A creative and innovative mindset to develop unique wellness experiences.
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are considered a plus.
Passion for Italian culture, wine, and gastronomy.
