Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions
- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit within our organization
- Coordinate and conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role
- Sound knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
