Your Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions
Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit within our organization
Coordinate and conduct reference checks and background screenings
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role
Sound knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
