Position Overview:

Job Title: Construction Project Facilitator

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure projects are executed efficiently
Review and analyze construction plans and budget proposals
Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Communicate project updates to key stakeholders and facilitate smooth communication between all parties involved

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Previous experience in project management or construction oversight preferred
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and building codes
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
