As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll work closely with our team to attract, assess, and hire top talent for our organization. You'll be responsible for implementing effective recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications
Coordinate and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
