We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team at Valsana Hotel & Appartements Arosa, located in the magnificent region of Graubünden, Switzerland. As an Innovation Catalyst, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth, focusing on the dynamic field of Communication/Media.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of creative communication strategies to enhance our brand presence.
Manage and oversee all communication channels, including digital platforms, social media, PR, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and impactful content, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Identify emerging trends and technologies in the Communication/Media industry, and leverage them to drive innovation within our company.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies.
Strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in the Communication/Media industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is desirable, but not essential.
