Talent Acquisition Associate Opportunity

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting, evaluating, and acquiring talented professionals who align with our company's mission and values.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
Perform reference and background checks on potential hires
Maintain accurate and organized applicant tracking system records
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing materials

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and relevant employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects concurrently
Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing and placement
Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Familiarity with social media and job boards for recruitment purposes
Highly organized with keen attention to detail
