Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented Public Relations Manager to enhance our brand image and cultivate meaningful relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the craft beer industry and possesses extensive experience in public relations, community outreach, and strategic communication.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic public relations plans to promote Dogfish Head Brewery and its products
Build and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and community stakeholders
Create compelling content for press releases, media kits, and social media platforms
Organize and manage events to enhance brand visibility and community engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness and media coverage
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations or a similar role
Demonstrated success in creating and implementing PR strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong network of media and industry contacts
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and project management software
Passion for craft beer and the desire to contribute to a growing industry
