Position: Culinary Experience Curator

As a Culinary Experience Curator at Laponia World Heritage, you will be responsible for crafting unique, engaging, and memorable dining experiences. Your role will involve conceptualizing menus, designing culinary artistry, and ensuring exceptional service delivery that amazes our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and curate innovative menus that reflect the diverse culinary traditions of the region
Collaborate with local suppliers and farmers to source high-quality ingredients
Create a mesmerizing dining ambiance through exquisite presentation and decor
Train and mentor the culinary team to deliver excellence in food preparation and presentation
Stay updated with the latest gastronomic trends and incorporate them into our offerings
Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate guests' needs

Requirements:

Extensive experience in the culinary arts, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting
Passion for gastronomy and a deep appreciation for diverse culinary cultures
Creative mindset with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration with team members, suppliers, and guests
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
