Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent to help drive our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
Manage full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs
Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
Create engaging job postings and advertisements that highlight our company culture and values
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate and conduct reference and background checks
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and improve recruitment processes
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications effectively
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software
