Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent to help drive our company's growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Create engaging job postings and advertisements that highlight our company culture and values
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and conduct reference and background checks
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and improve recruitment processes
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications effectively
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software
