Position: Digital Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to engage our target audience
Create compelling online content across various platforms (e.g., website, social media, blogs) to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement
Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and technologies and identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and engagement strategies
Demonstrated proficiency in content creation for various digital platforms
Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and audience engagement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional Dutch language skills are advantageous)
Strong analytical mindset and ability to think creatively
