Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
Ensure timely preparation and submission of regulatory documents to health authorities
Stay updated with changes in regulations to advise the company on potential impact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and commercialization
Prepare and review regulatory submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Conduct regulatory assessments and provide guidance on various projects
Coordinate with external partners and vendors on regulatory matters
Participate in internal and external audits and inspections
Provide training and guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements and guidelines
Excellent understanding of drug development processes
Proven track record of successful regulatory submissions
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to analyze complex information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
