Your Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with government and nonprofit clients to understand their unique requirements and challenges.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals to showcase the value of our software.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of our solutions.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a technology-related environment.
Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
Willingness to travel to client sites and participate in events as needed.
