We are searching for an Innovation Specialist to join our dynamic and creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation and driving forward our growth strategy. Your Responsibilities

Identify emerging trends and technologies relevant to the construction and real estate sectors.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and assess their potential impact on SolAero.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative strategies.
Lead the ideation process and facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
Evaluate and prioritize potential projects based on their feasibility, market potential, and alignment with SolAero's objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, academia, and research institutions to leverage their expertise.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
Continuously evaluate and improve SolAero's innovation framework and processes.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, marketing, etc.)
Proven experience in innovation management, strategic planning, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
Ability to think creatively and identify opportunities for growth.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Collaborative nature, ability to work with diverse teams.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable.
