Your Role

Curate exclusive culinary experiences for discerning guests.
Design and execute innovative and original gastronomic concepts.
Collaborate with our talented culinary team to curate seasonally inspired menus.
Source the finest and freshest ingredients from local and sustainable producers.
Create extraordinary dining environments that captivate and enchant our guests.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging techniques to continuously elevate our offerings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and vendors.

Your Profile

Proven experience in a high-end restaurant/hotel environment or similar.
Excellent knowledge of international, regional, and local cuisine.
Possess an artistic flair and attention to detail in food presentation.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead a diverse team of culinary professionals.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth understanding of sustainable practices.
