About the Role

As a Sustainable Talent Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a culture of excellence and social responsibility within our organization. You will work closely with various teams to develop and implement sustainable talent development strategies, ensuring our employees have the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to thrive.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with departments to identify training and development needs
  • Design and implement sustainable talent development programs
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics related to sustainability, diversity, and well-being
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules
  • Support employee growth through mentoring and coaching initiatives
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainable talent development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in talent development, organizational development, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of sustainable practices and corporate social responsibility
