Responsibilities

Utilize advanced techniques to identify and recruit top-tier talent
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations
Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define position requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
