We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team at Singapore Red Cross Society. As a Community Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and communities in the Central South Region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement community development strategies to address the needs of vulnerable populations
Lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals to execute projects and programs effectively
Forge partnerships and collaborations with local stakeholders to enhance community support services
Monitor and evaluate the impact of initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Advocate for social inclusion and empowerment of communities through awareness campaigns and activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in social sciences, public administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in community development or related roles
Strong understanding of social issues and community dynamics
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
