We are seeking a visionary and dynamic individual to join the Lombardy Foundation for Research on Social Policy (FLIRSP) as the Director of Social Impact Initiatives. As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing innovative strategies to drive positive change in our society.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to address social challenges and promote sustainable development.
Lead a team of passionate professionals and provide guidance to ensure the successful implementation of social impact initiatives.
Collaborate with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community stakeholders to foster partnerships and maximize the impact of our programs.
Identify funding opportunities and secure resources to support the Foundation's initiatives.
Conduct research and analysis to assess the effectiveness of social policies and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social policy research, program management, or related fields.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
Deep understanding of the social, economic, and political landscape in Lombardy.
Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
