Job Title: Cultural Diversity Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Cultural Diversity Coordinator at Hohenstein Institute, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive workplace environment. You will be responsible for implementing strategies to promote cultural awareness, understanding, and acceptance among our employees and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing initiatives and programs to enhance cultural diversity and inclusion within the organization
Organizing and facilitating training sessions on cultural awareness for employees
Collaborating with HR to develop diversity hiring practices and strategies
Conducting research to stay up-to-date with cultural trends and developments
Advocating for diversity and inclusion in all aspects of organizational operations
Building and maintaining relationships with diverse communities and organizations
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of cultural diversity programs
Providing guidance and support to employees on diversity-related matters

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Cultural Studies, or a related field
Proven experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives
An understanding of cultural dynamics and sensitivities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships with diverse stakeholders
Fluency in English and German
