Job Summary

We are currently seeking a passionate Wellness Coordinator to join our team in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and organizing various wellness programs and activities to improve the overall health and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement wellness initiatives, programs, and events.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, activities, and classes.
Provide guidance and support to clients regarding wellness goals and lifestyle improvements.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external partners to facilitate specialized wellness services.
Maintain accurate records of client progress, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the wellness field.

Requirements

Proven experience in planning and coordinating wellness activities.
Strong knowledge of health, nutrition, and holistic well-being.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to the values of Deutsches Rotes Kreuz.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
