We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team at GATX Rail Europe GmbH, located in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. As a Sustainable Living Specialist, you will contribute to our mission of promoting a sustainable future while focusing on the well-being of individuals.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance sustainable living practices
Research and identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact in the field of Beauty/Healthcare
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into our business operations
Evaluate and optimize existing processes to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Advise and educate internal stakeholders on sustainable living initiatives and practices
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sustainable development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (environmental sciences, sustainability, etc.)
Prior experience in promoting sustainability, preferably in the Beauty/Healthcare sector
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and diverse environment
Passionate about promoting sustainable lifestyles and a strong sense of social responsibility
