Role and Responsibilities:

Research and develop advanced beauty techniques and applications
Create and execute innovative beauty treatments catering to diverse customer needs
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in beauty technology and products
Collaborate with our team to conduct product trials and demonstrations
Provide professional consultations and perform beauty procedures
Maintain and manage a thorough inventory of beauty supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all beauty procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term customer relationships
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry (relevant industry experience with exposure to advanced beauty techniques)
Proven track record of embracing and implementing innovative beauty solutions
Deep understanding of skincare, makeup, and haircare techniques
Knowledge of the latest advancements in beauty technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
