Your Role:
As a Multi-Cultural Wellbeing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver holistic well-being programs tailored to diverse communities. You will provide expert advice and support on fostering physical and mental well-being to individuals and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing culturally sensitive well-being initiatives
- Conducting workshops, seminars, and one-on-one consultations to promote self-care and stress management
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop well-being strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Researching emerging trends and best practices in well-being within diverse communities to ensure up-to-date knowledge
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with community organizations and healthcare professionals
- Evaluating the effectiveness of well-being programs and making recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- A degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing well-being programs
- Familiarity with diverse cultures, customs, and health traditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
