Key Responsibilities

Design and curate unique and memorable dining experiences.
Collaborate with renowned chefs and local producers to ensure exceptional culinary offerings.
Create menu concepts that highlight regional ingredients and vibrant flavors.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our exclusive dining venues.
Train and mentor our service staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Proven experience in curating culinary experiences within the hospitality industry.
A genuine passion for food, wine, and providing outstanding hospitality.
An exceptional ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
