Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to oversee and manage facility expansion projects.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and evaluations to address construction and renovation needs.
- Develop strategic plans for facility expansions while considering regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects or facility expansion initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
