Job Opportunity: Urban Architectural Designer
We are currently seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team at Western Region Fitness Center as an Urban Architectural Designer. This exciting position entails envisioning and designing innovative structures that harmonize with the urban landscape while integrating elements of functionality and aesthetics.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop urban architectural designs
- Collaborate with the design team on projects
- Ensure project compliance with building codes and regulations
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models
- Identify and incorporate sustainable design practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience with urban design projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
