Goodwill Industries International is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Property Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and overseeing the development of our properties located in Maryland.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage property development projects from conception to completion.
- Oversee construction activities ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct regular site visits for progress monitoring and quality control.
- Prepare and review project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in property development or related construction management roles.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
