JOB TITLE: Project Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

Engage in project planning, coordinating, and strategizing, ensuring critical deadlines and objectives are met
Create and manage budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities
Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers to maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to determine project viability
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Prior experience in project management or related roles within the Construction/Real Estate industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
