Job Description:

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Nakuru, Kenya

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be tasked with identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to enhance the strength and diversity of our dedicated team. Your responsibilities will include developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and overseeing the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Devise and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently and effectively.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make informed hiring decisions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
