SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a passionate individual for the role of Multicultural Project Coordinator. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects related to enhancing our park facilities, fostering greater inclusivity, and celebrating diversity in all aspects of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure construction projects align with our diversity initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within our real estate projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate multicultural events and programs to engage employees and guests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to drive a culture of belonging and equality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a multicultural environment.
