INNSOMNIA is looking for a People Engagement Specialist to be a part of our dynamic and supportive team. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in creating a positive work atmosphere, implementing engagement strategies, and supporting our employees in their professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to organize team-building activities and events.
- Support the recruitment process by participating in interviews and providing insights on candidate selection.
- Conduct training sessions on various HR-related topics to enhance employee development.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in employee engagement, talent management, or related areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
