As a Hospitality Innovation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving our company's innovative initiatives in the Central South Region. Your key role will be to identify, develop, and implement sustainable solutions for the hospitality sector, ensuring that our partners and members stay ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the hospitality industry.
Collaborate with industry experts to develop and implement innovative approaches that enhance sustainability in the sector.
Provide guidance and support to our partner organizations in adopting green building and operational practices.
Promote the use of green technologies, renewable energy, and resource-efficient systems in hotels and restaurants.
Organize workshops, seminars, and training programs to educate stakeholders about sustainable practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in sustainable hospitality practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a management or consultancy role.
Strong understanding of sustainable practices and green building standards.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and timeline constraints.
