Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of facility planning, development, and renovation projects.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct site visits and assessments to determine project requirements and feasibility.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience in project management within the construction or real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of building design and construction processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
