Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
Providing personalized service to meet guest needs and preferences
Overseeing room reservations, check-in, and check-out processes
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and common areas
Addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Assisting with food and beverage service as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
