Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee a diverse range of arts programs that engage the community and promote cultural enrichment.
Collaborate with artists, educators, and stakeholders to create impactful initiatives that align with our mission.
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful execution of programs.
Implement strategies to enhance accessibility and inclusivity within our programs.
Evaluate program outcomes and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
Proven experience in program management within the arts or cultural sector.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for the arts and a commitment to community engagement.
