Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute innovative culinary events and experiences
Collaborate with vendors and partners to source high-quality ingredients and products
Create captivating menus that showcase creativity and culinary expertise
Ensure exceptional food quality and service standards are met at all times
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into our culinary offerings
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations

Requirements:

Proven experience in a culinary or hospitality role, preferably in a high-end dining environment
Passion for food, creativity, and innovation
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in German and English is required
