Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage the offer and negotiation process
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices
