Job Description:

Plan and implement community engagement strategies to strengthen relationships with local organizations and residents.
Coordinate volunteer programs and community events to support Shopko's commitment to serving the community.
Collaborate with team members to develop outreach initiatives that align with Shopko's values and goals.
Manage communication efforts to promote Shopko's community involvement and impact.
Evaluate the effectiveness of engagement activities and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in community engagement, event planning, or related areas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
