As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring top talent to support our company's growth and success. Your dedication to finding exceptional individuals will directly impact our ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers
Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure a consistent pool of potential candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse and qualified candidates
Provide guidance and support throughout the onboarding process
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or related roles
Demonstrated ability to source and attract top talent
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
