Responsibilities:

Identify and attract top talent in the industry through various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and set recruitment strategies.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.
Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and a smooth onboarding process.
Stay informed about market trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
Excellent sourcing skills and the ability to effectively utilize various recruitment channels.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
