Position: Talent Engagement Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

Identify top talent for various positions within our organization through a range of sourcing techniques, both locally and internationally.
Develop and execute innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract exceptional candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to determine candidates' suitability for specific roles.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including preparing and negotiating job offers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovative recruitment practices, and legislative changes.

Requirements:

Previous experience in talent acquisition, either within an agency or an in-house recruitment role.
Strong understanding of the maritime industry and its specific recruitment needs.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of candidates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Proven track record in sourcing and selecting top talent.
Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms.
