Your Responsibilities:

Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
Create and implement effective recruitment strategies
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
Build relationships with external organizations and educational institutions to foster talent pipelines
Develop and maintain a strong employer brand through effective employer branding initiatives
Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and company policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Prior experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
Proven track record in sourcing and hiring top-tier candidates
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
