Your Responsibilities:


  • Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Create and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
  • Build relationships with external organizations and educational institutions to foster talent pipelines
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand through effective employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and company policies

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
  • Proven track record in sourcing and hiring top-tier candidates
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
