Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Molise, Italy

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process
Manage communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
