Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's hiring needs
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions
Utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate and conduct recruitment events and job fairs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Manage recruitment-related documentation and data in compliance with regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
