Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source, screen, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for various roles
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external partners
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Your Profile:

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
