Job Description:
- Lead and manage site development projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and permits throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Oversee site inspections and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control and safety standards on all site development activities.

Qualifications:
