Job Description:

Lead and manage site development projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and permits throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
Oversee site inspections and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintain a strong focus on quality control and safety standards on all site development activities.
Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in managing site development projects with a strong understanding of construction processes.
