Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusivity within the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments to create and maintain a culture of respect and equality.
- Lead initiatives to attract a diverse talent pool through innovative recruitment practices.
- Conduct training programs on diversity awareness and sensitivity.
- Provide support and resources to employees from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of cultural differences and sensitivity.
- Passion for promoting an inclusive work environment.
