Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online platforms, job fairs, and networking events
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of potential candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
Prepare job offers and negotiate employment terms
Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and best practices in the industry

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
